Scrotal pain and sensitivity often increase in severity and may lead to swelling, redness and warmth.

The treatment of epididymitis and Orchitis involves using anti-inflammatory medications (ibuprofen, naproxen, etc.), warm soaks and/or ice packs, scrotal support and antibiotics to treat any underlining causes, urinary blockage and bacterial infections.
